Join us on a humbling, healing and illuminating journey to the traditional Shipibo community of San Francisco just outside of Pucullpa, Peru to engage in a traditional plant diet with Maestros Sina and Bawan Meni.
The Diet:
The traditional plant dieta is a process of spiritual education, connection, healing, and growth. It is simultaneously intense and intensive - taking one's consciousness to new levels of depth and wisdom as one practices abstinence from indulgences (salt, sugar, spices, oil, and sex) for the duration of the diet. This provides the circumstances for a connection to be established between the student and plant teacher that can develop and thrive.
Traditionally, master healers who work with Ayahuasca medicine have the credentials of at least ten years of diets that range from one month to one year in length. The path, however, is usually life-long. The dieta, then, is for those who are seriously interested in deeper study on the path of the healing arts in relation to Ayahuasca medicine and other healing, helping plant teachers associated with her school of initiation.
This work is deep, challenging, and requires discipline and the ability to follow instructions. The course of the diet will include guidance from our maestros as well as helpful integration techniques and practices recommended by our facilitators. Participants will have plenty of time for rest, creativity, and concentration.

For the beginner or for those folks who only have limited time to visit the Amazon. Includes 5 ceremonies, all meals (2-3 daily dependent on ceremony), housing (tambo), plant diet, plant baths, vomitivo, transportation to and from airport and consultation before and after dieta.

For folks who wish to complete a 15 day dieta with time for preparation and integration. Includes 10 ceremonies, all meals (2-3 daily dependent on ceremony), housing (tambo), plant diet, plant baths, vomitivo, transportation to and from airport and consultation before and after dieta.
