About This Work

My name is Alan Scheurman. I offer private and small group guidance for people preparing for ceremony, integrating experiences, and building an ongoing spiritual practice beyond peak states.

This work includes one-on-one sessions, ceremonial preparation and integration, and structured course work focused on clarity, coherence, and intentional engagement with reality.

I’ve been living and learning within Medicine traditions since 2007, including more than a decade in relationship with my Shipibo-Konibo maestros, Sina and Emilio Ramirez. My training has included more than a decade of plant and tree diets, facilitating group visits to the Amazon, and guiding ceremonies across multiple communities.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — from individuals seeking clarity, healing, and alignment in their everyday lives, to those in high-visibility roles navigating complex personal and professional demands.

I’m also a husband, father, musician, and writer. My work lives at the intersection of daily life and deep spiritual practice. When approached with care and proper guidance, plant medicines and fungi can support alignment and help correct patterns that pull us off course.

This path is not without challenge. Periods of confusion, fear, or disorientation can arise, especially without support. With clear, initiated guidance, these moments can become opportunities for integration, empowerment, inspiration, and the awakening of innate capacities.

My role is to see your wholeness clearly and help you orient to what is unfolding, so your experiences are met with steadiness, discernment, and care.
